The device has a compressed air vessel (1), where a retaining unit (3) of a wheel stop-block (4) is mounted in the compressed air vessel by using a tensioning belt (5). The retaining unit has a contact surface adapted to an external shape of the compressed air vessel. The retaining unit has two material recesses (3.1), where breadth- and height dimensions of the recesses correspond to width and thickness of the tensioning belt.
