FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of production of decorative construction concrete products. Method of producing of decorative concrete products includes preparation, dosing of the binding material, water, fine and coarse aggregates, fastening of coarse aggregate with the formation of picture line, preparation of concrete mixture, filling a form with this mixture which is earlier filled with the fastened coarse aggregate, hardening of the concrete mixture and mechanical processing. Fastening of coarse aggregate is performed by putting it into the form without a bottom pressed into the filled with sand reservoir with formation of the picture line, removal of the form without a bottom by pouring the coarse aggregate with cement mortar with further hardening. During mechanical processing the specified products are sawed against the hardened coarse aggregate. ^ EFFECT: increase of strengthening of the aggregate fastening with the binding material and among itself. ^ 1 ex, 3 dwg |
