FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for squeezing of tubular billet ends in necks of pressure vessel is related to the field of machine-building. Device of squeezing and expanding of tubular billet ends with heating in necks of pressure vessel contains source of axial force, heater and matrix equipped with mandrel. Matrix is fixed in bath of melt of melting substance with melt temperature that corresponds to superplasticity of tubular billet material. Bath is equipped with ultrasonic generator. Matrix heat exchanger in close proximity to the mirror surface of melt of melting substance vertically bases tubular billet, which interacts with reversible source of axial force and ultrasound. ^ EFFECT: provision of increase of quality of material structure that is squeezed into pressure vessel necks. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex |
