FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: cutting tool contains holder with seat and slot, cutting plate, which is installed with pressing to side basic planes of holder seats, movable clamp, which is installed in holder slot and which has angular protrusions for performance of control rod function, which are installed from the side of cutting plate installation and which have surfaces that contact with embraced sides of cutting plate, and fastening screw, which is installed in the holder opening for fixation of movable clamp with cutting plate. In order to increase accuracy and reliability of cutting plate positioning in the seat by means of provision of its pressing to the bottom basic plane of seat with movable clamp, there are mutually contacting surfaces, which are installed at the angle in relation to the bottom basic plane of holder seat, one surface is located on the protrusions on the holder slot walls, and other surface is installed in responsive slots at movable clamp on the opposite end from angular protrusions, at that there is angular slot in the clamp for interaction with fastening screw. ^ EFFECT: increase of accuracy and reliability of cutting plate positioning in the seat. ^ 5 dwg |
