FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: improved device for administration of the therapeutic powder into the nasal cavity contains the unit for installment-separation of capsule, which can slide out of the capsule handling cage, and cutting blades, which are installed on both sides of the capsule installment-separation unit at the capsule handling cage, for cutting both ends of capsule along its axis and thus providing the perforation of capsule. The unit for capture-collection of the therapeutical agent, and the reverse valve are installed into the lower part of the capsule handling cage, and the pump with the intake valve is installed at the air flow entry side. The therapeutical agent delivery unit is installed at the air exit way from the capsule handling cage and contains a nozzle.
