FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for meniscectomy contains the drill wire, screw, threaded rod with the longitudinal slot and a bracket with riffled hole in the base. Screw, threaded rod and bracket with a hole in the base are assembled as a handle. The drill wire is bent in one or several planes to penetrate from the anterior operational approach into the distant areas of the knee joint. The drill wire is fixed inside the threaded rod's slot by opposite screwing, flatted for 2-5 cm off the head and one- or both-side blade-like sharpened. ^ EFFECT: efficiency of surgical treatment is increased in patients with injury of knee joint meniscus. ^ 6 cl, 1 ex, 3 dwg |
