FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: processing of making objects from composite material involves depositing layers of initial material, saturated with binding substance, onto rigid mandrel and solidification of the obtained packet under effect of temperature and pressure in an autoclave. Later the work pieces undergo mechanical processing of dimensions. To increase the quality of the objects made from composite material, before solidification, on the outer surface of the packet of material a row of rubber bundles with a circular cross section of the same diameter is put, arranging the bundles along the packet uniformly along the perimeter. The bundles are tied to the initial material by scotch tape. After solidification, they are then unfastened and the bundles are then removed. The obtained work pieces undergo mechanical processing for dimensions. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of products from composite material through improvement of structure of material. ^ 2 dwg |
