A real-time call forwarding method using an SMS(Short Message Service) in a mobile communication network is provided to allow a call forwarding function to be immediately conducted in real time when a call is incoming by using an SMS function, if a terminal user selects the call forwarding function for the incoming call, thus a telephone number for call forwarding can be easily changed. When a call is incoming, a user selects a call forwarding selection function after inputting a telephone number for call forwarding, and a mobile communication terminal conducts a call forwarding request by sending an SMS message for call forwarding as including a call forwarding number to an MSC(Mobile Switching Center) through an SMSC(SMS Center)(S101). The MSC terminates a previous paging process for telephone connection by confirming the SMS message, and converts a call processing function to the new receiving telephone number(S102). |
