A transfer sheet having improved durability and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enhance manufacturing efficiency and to improve product reliability by decreasing crack generation rate considerably. A transfer sheet comprises: a support layer(1) comprising PET film with more than 90% of transmissivity; a release layer(2) laminated on the support layer through Micro Gravure coating; a hard coating layer(3) laminated on the release layer through Micro Gravure coating, which is exposed outside when the release layer is removed with the support layer; a printing layer(4) laminated on the hard coating layer through Micro Gravure coating; and an adhesive layer(5) laminated on the printing layer through Micro Gravure coating.
