FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis of hip joint contains head, neck, pelvic component, cylinder-shaped leg tapered off conically and muffled in the distal part. The cylinder-shaped trochanteric part with the centrally fixed rod is installed in the proximal leg part so as to enable sliding along its internal surface. The centring cylinder is installed in the medial part of the rod. The distal rod end is installed in the guide aperture of the muffled leg end so as to enable the axial shifting. The proximal rod end has the cylindrical shape and is installed in the gasket, which is fixed in the net, so as to enable sliding. The net is made in the leg distally off the trochanteric part. The centring cylinder is made in shape of piston with the split packing rings and separates the cavity, which is formed inside the leg between the butt of the net gasket and the butt of the muffled end, into two sealed cavities filled by biologically inert gas under high pressure. The oppositely disposed grooves are made in the distal rod end. The latter has the square cross section, just as the guide aperture in conical muffled leg end. ^ EFFECT: treatment outcome is improved due to increased stability of leg in femoral canal and service life of endoprosthesis is increased. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
