FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of fabricating vessels with heat insulation layer was found, when liquid bond is added into heat and foam-forming granular powders, the mix is heated, stirred, then the mentioned compound coatings are applied on a certain area of continuous roll paper or on the surface of shaped vessels; then the mentioned roll paper or vessels are heated, with the help of foaming powders foaming effect emerges on their surface, at the same time mentioned liquid bond sticks to the surface of vessels, and a foam layer appears on their surface; then preforms with applied coatings are cut, and vessels are fabricated, or they are placed on the surfaces of available vessels, for instance, paper and plastic vessels, thus achieving heat insulation effect. Pictures may be painted on the surface, i.e. it is possible to add paints into the mentioned compound coatings and apply them with the help of paint-pulverizer or rotating wheel device on vessels surfaces, and the coatings that are applied on parts with pictures produce foaming effect under the exposure to heat, at that colourful sculptured three-dimensional pictures are formed. ^ EFFECT: such receiving vessels create heat-protection effect. ^ 2 cl, 11 dwg |
