FIELD: textile material, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pulp and paper industry and intended for using in forming section of paper-generating machine. Fabric has two layers of transversal threads. The longitudinal threads are grouped in rotative sets, include the set of intersectional set, which has the first longitudinal thread and second longitudinal thread, and second set, which has third longitudinal thread and forth longitudinal thread. The first longitudinal thread and second longitudinal thread are combined to make them interweave with every transversal thread in the first layer and interweave between first and second layer. Left and right threads, the base of which are placed that way, that similar neighbor threads from neighbor sets have longitudinal sot, bigger or smaller then longitudinal sots of nonsimilar neighbor threads of from neighbor sets. The third longitudinal thread interweaves with first layer of transversal threads, and the forth longitudinal thread interweaves with second layer of transversal threads. It is provided the producing of trilaminar forming fabric with double base, which minimize the prints on the paper, arriving due to irregularity of evaporation and micro relief of intersection places. ^ EFFECT: it is generated the forming fabric, which increases the characteristics of forming the paper web. ^ 22 cl, 12 dwg163 |
