A system for loading an application selectively is provided to store the application to a storage medium by extracting member shop information for using the application from a database and determining the storage medium available in a member shop according to the extracted shop information. A determiner(115) checks information of member shops in which an application is available, and determines a storage medium for storing the application based on the checked member shop information. A loader(120) loads the application to a first or second storage medium by responding to determination of the determiner. The first storage medium is an ICC(IC Chip) embedded in a client card(145) and the second storage medium is a networked server. The application includes at least one of a coupon, a discount ticket, a ticket, a gift certificate, points, mileage, electronic cash, a prescription, and a parking ticket. A selector(105) selects application or data corresponding to specific goods a client terminal requests, and provides the client terminal with the specific goods information. An extractor(110) confirms the application or data information corresponding to the specific goods through a network and extracts the application or data from a member shop database(135) to be used. |
