FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: temporary electrocardiostimulation is performed in early post-operational period. On completion of the principal surgery stage, 3 pairs of electrodes for temporary epycardial electrocardiostimulation are fixed at right atrium and basal areas of the left and right ventricles. The three-chamber electrocardiostimulator with delay of activation conduction between atriums and ventricles 100 msec, and with delay of activation conduction between and ventricles 0 msec, are connected to electrodes.
