A grommet for mounting a crush pad module for a vehicle is provided to employ a plurality of protrusions to support the outer circumferential surface of a coupling member coupled an outer circumferential surface part while passing through the outer circumferential surface part. A grommet for mounting a crush pad module for a vehicle includes an outer circumferential part(10), a support part(20), a protrusion(30), and an inclination plate part(40). The outer circumferential surface part is in contact with one side of a vehicle panel and had an opening hole(15) having a circular shape. The support part extends from the outer circumferential surface part such that the support part is inclined. The protrusion is integrally formed with an elastic member(35) through an insert injection molding scheme in order to prevent noise and vibration at the upper end portion of an inner side surface of the support part. The inclination plate part is coupled to a crush pad module.
