An EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) cooler is provided to make exhaust gas flow smoothly along inner tubes and reduce NOx in exhaust gas. An EGR cooler includes a plurality of inner tubes(50) for flow of gas, an air chamber(60), and a cup plate. The air chamber is arranged at ends of the inner tubes. The cup plate has supply holes for supplying gas to the air chambers. The air chamber has one end with a plurality of flow holes connected to ends of the inner tubes, and the other end having a diameter larger than that of the flow hole.
