FIELD: mechanic, power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: the device is intended for connecting the heating device attachment and can be used in heating equipment. The method of airtight sealing of the adapter involves the following: the end surfaces of the connecting flanges are pressed to the end surfaces of nipples through the sealing so that the shell is removably fixed by a fixer on the heating device, the fixer acts on the connecting part connected with the heating device so that a pressing effort is created between the adapter and the heating device; the part is fixed on the heating device in a non-removable manner. The connecting adapter serves for connecting the valve to the heating device. The connecting adapter contains a shell with two connection flanges for connecting to the corresponding nipples of the heating device. The connection flange contains end sealing surfaces, airtightly pressed to the nipples of the heating device through the sealing; a fixer is provided for, which acts on the side of the shell facing away from the connection flanges and, together with the nonmovable part fixed on the heating device, generating a force acting along the axis towards the connection flanges. The heating device, in particular, for connecting the connection adapter; on the heating device, a connection part is installed in a non-split manner, having internal thread and located in the middle between the feeding nipple of the heating device and its exit nipple. The system consists of a connection adapter and a heating device. The invention provides a simple and reliable method of airtight connection of the adapter and provides for the development of an adapter which is compact and easy to use. ^ EFFECT: provides reliable connection of connecting adapter and simple design. ^ 18 cl, 10 dwg |
