RICE COATED DEEP SEA WATER AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD

A method of manufacturing rice coated with deep sea water by coating dried rice with desalted deep sea water is provided to obtain highly nutritious rice containing nutrients from rice and minerals from deep sea water in large quantities and to enable cooking rice without washing rice. Raw unprocessed rice is cleaned by a brush to remove foreign material and dried at less than 60deg.C to a moisture content of 15% in a first step. The dried rice is uniformly coated with desalted deep sea water with a hardness of more than 2,000ppm and then dried with a hot wind of less than 60deg.C in a dryer in a second step to a moisture content of 15%.
