An electronic switch with a manual switch is provided to cut off power supply by operating the manual switch even in emergency when the power supply is designed to urgently be cut off. The circuit part includes a transistor and an SSR(Solid State Relay)(207) operated by a touch signal of a signal input terminal(102) installed on a touch plate of a panel. The circuit part is incorporated and installed in a body of a touch switch, and is connected between an AC(Alternating Current) power source(200) and a load(208). A first terminal(301b) and a second terminal(301c) of the manual switch operable on a front surface of the panel are connected to both ends of a Triac of the SSR. A third terminal(301d) is connected to nothing. A movable terminal of the manual switch is connected to the load.
