A heating/cooling system is provided to mount a heater and a cooling evaporator or a peltier module in a pipe mounted in a housing, thereby alternatively heating or cooling the inside of the housing in a simple structure, wherein the heated or cooled air is transferred into the housing via the pipe which emits far infrared rays for even and fast heating or cooling of the housing. A heating/cooling system includes a case(10) mounted with a compressor(120), a housing(20) mounted on a top plate of the case and forming a sealed space, and a base element(30) mounted on the top plate of the case in the housing. A pipe(40) is coupled with the base element and formed with through-holes in an outer surface. An adiabatic pipe(70) is coupled with the base element in the pipe. A vertical rod(73) is mounted in the insulating pipe. An evaporator(110) is wound on the vertical rod to be communicated with the compressor. An insulating pipe(80) is mounted on the base element, surrounding the evaporator. A heater(130) is mounted between the insulating pipe and the pipe. |
