A water permeable bicycle road pavement material is provided to prevent bicycles riders and pedestrians from sliding and getting injured or getting a scratch by discharging and permeating water to the ground via through holes of a water permeable reinforcement support, and forming irregularities on a surface layer and having elasticity. A water permeable bicycle road pavement material(1) includes a sub-base layer(3) formed on the ground(1a) with aggregate(2) having a diameter of 30~40mm, a water permeable reinforcement layer(8) formed by mixing 6~10 weight percent waste tire chips or waste plastic chips(4) crushed to have the particle size of 3~7mm, 11~13 weight percent reinforcing fiber(5) crushed to have the size of 6~25mm and 1~1.5 weight percent waste glass(6) crushed to have the size of 3~7mm with 70~82 weight percent permeable cement concrete(7) mixed with cement, water and gravel evenly, a primer layer(9) formed by applying asphalt concrete primer to a thickness of 0.3~1mm on the upper surface of the water permeable reinforcement layer to make the upper surface of the water permeable reinforcement layer have adhesive property, a water permeable reinforcement support(10) provided with many through holes(11) to be fixed to the water permeable reinforcement layer by bolts or screws and many through holes(12) to permeate water, and a surface layer(15) formed by mixing 40~50 weight percent color rubber chips(13) crushed to have the particle size of 2~3mm and 50~60 weight percent urethane resin solution(14) evenly in a stirrer for 7~15 minutes and spraying to a space between the upper surface of the primer layer and the water permeable reinforcement support using a high pressure sprayer to form irregularities(20) having elasticity on the upper surface. When rainwater, water or liquid flows on the surface layer, the rainwater, water or liquid flows out through many through holes formed on the surface of the water permeable reinforcement support via the irregularities formed on the surface of the surface layer and discharges to the sub-base layer from the water permeable reinforcement layer to discharge to the ground below the sub-base layer smoothly. |
