An emergency rescue apparatus is provided to supply oxygen automatically if a user twists the oxygen tank, and to perform a lighting function and a buzz function simultaneously with the oxygen supply. An emergency rescue apparatus includes: an oxygen tank(110) having a valve part(140); a dome-shaped outer cap(120) rotatably connected to an upper part of the oxygen tank; and an inner cap(130) connected to the inside of the outer cap to be movable up and down, and lifting up and down to operate the valve part according to twist of the oxygen tank by being connected to the upper part of the oxygen tank. The inner cap has a pin(132) protrusively formed on the lower side of the inside, and the oxygen tank has an inclined groove(115) formed on the outer periphery corresponding to the pin.
