A heat exchange system using surface water is provided to carry out direct heat exchange between surface water and refrigerant in a coil type heat exchanger mounted under water not to use any surface water pump for improving heat exchange efficiency and simplifying initial installation cost. A heat exchange system using surface water includes a float(101) fixed on the surface(W1) of surface water(W) and having a supporting element(102) extended downward from the center of a lower surface, a heat exchanger(110) coupled with a lower end of the supporting element to be mounted under water, a vibration motor(140) coupled on the float, and a condenser(120) connected to the heat exchanger via an inlet pipe(111) and an outlet pipe(112) for the heat transfer from refrigerant of which heat is transferred to the surface water. Flexible hoses(115) are mounted on the inlet/outlet pipes for compensating a vibration range of the heat exchanger caused by the vibration motor.
