摘要 A wireless communication system, a wireless communication device, and a method for detecting an effective path therefor are provided to improve the demodulation performance of a receiver and an estimation precision of a chip noise power and signal-to-noise plus interference power ratio. A delay profile calculating unit(15) calculates a delay profile by calculating a correlation value with respect to a reception signal. An effective path detecting unit(16) detects an effective path by using the delay profile. If there is no path satisfying the conditions of the effective path, the effective path detecting unit forcibly detects an effective path. A forcible effective path notifying unit(17) notifies that the effective path has been forcibly detected. If there is no path satisfying the conditions of the effective path, the effective path detecting unit forcibly detects a path of maximum power of the delay profile as the effective path or a path of maximum power among previously detected paths as an effective path.
