An apparatus for generating electrolytic reduced water is provided to control output voltage and current automatically, thereby producing electrolytic reduced water having desired pH value and ORP(Oxidation Reduction Potential) value. An electrolytic bath(30) has a plurality of first electrode rooms(33) and second electrode rooms(35). A first electrode(34) is installed in each of the first electrode rooms, and a second electrode(36) is installed in each of the second electrode rooms. An electric power unit(50) applies electric power to the first electrode and the second electrode. A first drain line(41) communicates with the first electrode room, and a second drain line(43) communicates with the second electrode room. A pH sensor(45) and an ORP sensor(47) are installed on the second drain line.
