An assembly structure of an option device for a multi-functional device is provided to mount the option device easily due to being combined with the multi-functional device by fixing first and second pins with first and second plates, so that the assembly structure is resistant to shock and vibration. An assembly structure of an option device for a multi-functional device comprises first and second plates(10,20), a first elastic member(40), first and second pins(30,32), fixing units, and a guide member(60). The second plate is slid along with a longitudinal direction of the first plate. The first elastic member applies inertia to move the second plate to one direction. The first pin is installed at the first plate. The second pin is installed at the second plate. The fixing units limit inertia motion of the second plate from the first elastic member. The guide member is installed at the second plate. The guide member has a projected handle(64). The fixing units have leading holes(16), fitting holes(22,24), and a second elastic member(50).
