摘要 FIELD: medicine; dietetics. ^ SUBSTANCE: test and control samples are prepared by adding the equal volume of extract of tested food and control solution, correspondingly, to preset volume of whole blood, containing coagulant. The obtained mixtures are stirred and put into the cups of the standard disposable immunologic plate. The dynamics of blood cell sedimentation in control and test samples is registered by measuring on time basis the intensity of plasma luminescence above the upper edge of falling cells. The relation of luminescence intensity on time basis, for test and control samples is obtained, differentiated twice, the time when the second derivative is zero is determined, and if there is a reliable difference between values, the increased susceptibility to food is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: increased precision of determination of human susceptibility to food is provided. ^ 1 ex, 1 dwg
