FIELD: electricity; motors and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: wind motor includes vertical axis, blades installed on vertical axis in radial direction and made in the form of rectangular frames with sailcloth. Top edge of sailcloth is attached to horizontal beam movable in vertical direction. Frame consists of upper and lower consoles and two vertical side supports. Side supports of frame are made as guides for horizontal beam ends and heads, with the said heads fixed at sailcloth sides at regular intervals. Winch for horizontal beam with sail cloth lifting is placed on upper console of horizontal beam, lower console of frame being provided with driven reel to pull sail cloth down. Also, wind motor is provided with latches to fix driven reel and horizontal beam position. ^ EFFECT: increase in wind motor efficiency factor due to reduction of braking moment. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
