The method involves introduction of 12-hour staphylococci culture into plasma diluted by isotonic sodium chloride solution. The microbe suspension obtained is incubated at the temperature of 37C for 5 hours. Electric impedance of the microbe suspension is registered through 3rd to 5th hour of incubation. And if the solution impedance reaches 64-84 kOhm, it allows making conclusion of staphylococci pathogenicity due to its plasma coagulating activity. ^ EFFECT: reduced analysis time and improved analysis accuracy. ^ 3 ex
