A thin film transistor display is provided to repair a distorted data voltage received according to a repair ring by using a signal amplifier unit. An insulating substrate(10) includes a plurality of gate lines formed in a first direction and a plurality of data lines formed in a second direction. A repair ring(110) is formed along an edge of the substrate. A gate driving unit(122,124) is formed in a gate region on the substrate. Input pads of the gate lines are formed in the gate region. The gate driving unit outputs gate clock signals for driving the gate lines. A signal amplifier unit(152,154) is formed between a peripheral region of the substrate except for the gate region and the gate driving unit to amplify and output a signal applied to the repair ring.
