摘要 A method for removal of hazardous gas using generation of photocatalytic nanoparticles is provided to improve stability and convenience in consistent reduction of the hazardous gas by consistently supplying photocatalytic nanoparticles as a functional material for playing a role of decomposing the hazardous gas when a decomposition method as a technique for reducing hazardous gas is used. In a method for removing hazardous gas in an air conditioner with a filter, a method for removal of the hazardous gas using generation of photocatalytic nanoparticles comprises: a photocatalytic nanoparticle producing step(S310) of producing first metal-based nanoparticles, rapidly heating the first metal-based nanoparticles, reacting the first metal-based nanoparticles with oxygen in a high temperature environment to produce photocatalytic nanoparticles that are metal oxide nanoparticles; and a hazardous gas decomposing and removing step(S320) of supplying and collecting the photocatalytic nanoparticles into the filter, and irradiating ultraviolet rays, visible light or natural light onto the filter to decompose and remove hazardous gas in the circumference of the filter. The metal is titanium(Ti), uranium(U), iron(Fe), nickel(Ni), or combinations thereof. The photocatalytic nanoparticle producing step includes a first metal-based nanoparticle producing step, a metal-based agglomerated nanoparticle producing step, a photocatalytic nanoparticle forming step, a metal-based agglomerated nanoparticle heating step, and a photocatalytic nanoparticle moving step. The hazardous gas decomposing and removing step includes a reactive species producing step and a hazardous gas decomposing step.
