<p>A method and device for manufacturing a plastic multiple-walled tube and a plastic multiple-walled tube are provided to construct by using a pipe and reinforced resin, and press-fit a coated iron core into the reinforced resin, so that the reinforced resin is perfectly pressed on the coated iron core. Reinforced plastic is filled between pipes having a spiral cylindrical frame by using an extruder(S1). The reinforced plastic is subject to press-rolling by using upper and lower rollers and a groove is formed at the upper portion of the reinforced resin(S2). A plastic multiple-walled tube is cut by a predetermined length(S3). The reinforced plastic is cooled in a natural environment(S4). A coated iron core is press-fitted(S5). Reinforced resin having a liquid phase is coated on the iron core by using the extruder(S6). The reinforced resin having a liquid phase is subject to press-rolling using a roller(S7).</p> |
