A wireless mouse system including an MP3(MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) layer-3) player is provided to integrate a flash memory and the MP3 player in one interface device, and increase portability and convenience by including a wireless mouse receiver, the flash memory, and the MP3 player in a wireless mouse. An interface device(200) has a USB(Universal Serial Bus) port(210) electrically connected to a USB port(110) of an information terminal device(100). The interface device includes a receiver(220) receiving a wireless signal generated from a wireless mouse(300) and transmitting the wireless signal to the information terminal device, a flash memory device(230) exchanging data with the information terminal device through the USB port, and an MP3 player(240) recognizing/playing the data stored in the flash memory device. The interface device includes a main controller(250) controlling operation of each component and a key input unit(260) inputting an operation state of the MP3 player, and PSU(Power Supply Unit)(270) supplying power charged from the information terminal device through the USB port to the MP3 player. A flash memory controller(234) of the flash memory device is connected between an interface unit(232) and a flash memory(236), and controls the reading/writing operation of the interface unit.
