A toe angle control apparatus of rear wheels of a vehicle is provided to improve turning performance of the vehicle, control a tow angle without electronic components and a motor, and reduce weight. A toe angle control apparatus of rear wheels of a vehicle comprises a first assist link(10), a second assist link(12) and a control unit(20). The first assist link has one part coupled to a vehicle frame so as to be rotated. The second assist link has one part coupled to the other part of the first assist link so as to be rotated, and the other part coupled to a knuckle installed to rear wheels so as to be rotated. The control unit is installed to a coupled part(13) of the first assist link and the second assist link.
