APPLICATION AND ADHERING METHOD OF POLYURETHANE BASE GLUE FOR LNG BARRIER

An application and adhering method of polyurethane base glue for an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) barrier are provided to remarkably enhance competitive power of carrier construction by reducing a construction time of an LNG carrier. An application and adhering method of polyurethane base glue for an LNG barrier includes the steps of: determining the amount of the polyurethane base glue after mixing main glue with a hardening agent(S202); uniformly applying the polyurethane base glue on an applied surface with a smooth spatula(S204); adhering a second composite material gas barrier on a part applied by the polyurethane base glue(S206); pressurizing the whole area of the second composite material gas barrier by using a roller or a flat board(S208); covering cover vinyl on an upper part of the second composite material gas barrier(S210); pressurizing the second composite material gas barrier within a range of 40 minutes to 4 hours at 40°C to 80°C by using a preheated pressure unit(S212); and removing the pressure unit and the cover vinyl after the previous step(S214).
