An internal voltage detector and an internal voltage generator using the same are provided to adjust the level of an internal voltage inputted to a differential amplifier variously using a test mode signal. A voltage divider part(200) divides an internal voltage, and adjusts the level of a divided voltage according to a test mode signal. A comparison part(210) outputs an operation control signal of an oscillator by comparing an output level of the voltage divider part with a reference voltage. The voltage divider part includes a plurality of resistors serially connected between an internal voltage input port and a ground voltage port, an output stage connected among the resistors, and a first and a second transistor connected to a specific resistor among the plurality of resistors. The first and the second transistor make a corresponding resistor short circuit in response to a first and a second test mode signal having contrary logic levels.
