A prefabricated dry-construction house in kit form is disclosed which house may be constructed with panels 3 interconnected via screws 5 and a metal roof (fig. , ) the upper and lower part of which are adfixed on metal elements-guides (1,2,4,7). Said construction may serve as a permanent or country house thanks to the following reasons: a) it is entirely ecological, anti-seismic and resistant to all weather conditions; b) it is ready for occupation into 20-30 days with regard to the size of the construction and c) it may be assembled or changed as to its arrangement by the purchaser himself according to the printed use directions accompanying the delivered kit. |
