A nano titanium polymer pigment is provided to prevent corrosion and scale pollution of pipes or other metal structures, to form few pin holes during a working process, and to cause no environmental pollution. A nano titanium polymer pigment includes (a) 1-55wt% of epoxy resins having a molecular weight of 200-300, (b) 1-55wt% of epoxy resin having a molecular weight of 1,200-1,500, (c) 3-8wt% of nano titanium metal powder, (d) 8-12wt% of artificial rubber having a molecular weight of 180-200, (e) 8-12wt% of phenol amine resin, (f) 0.5-0.8wt% of silicon dioxide powder having a specific surface area of 100-120 m^2/g, and (g) 12.2-25.5wt% of solvent. |
