摘要 An illumination device, an electro-optic device and an electronic apparatus are provided to optimize the radiation structure of an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) and the like, thereby enhancing the insulation and radiation properties. A light source(18) includes a light emission device, an electrode connected with the light emission device electrically, and a radiation terminal, not connected electrically. A substrate has a multi-layer structure by stacking an insulation layer and a metal layer. The substrate includes plural metal layers. A metal layer among the plural metal layers is connected with the electrode electrically. An electrical connection interlayer contact member connects the electrode with the metal layer electrically. A metal layer among the plural metal layers is a non-electrical connection layer and arranged at the farthest position from a mounting side of the substrate. A thermal conduction interlayer contact member(19h) connects the radiation terminal with the metal layer.
