A fuel tank for a vehicle is provided to employ a baffle rib integrally formed with the fuel tank without blow injection molding. A fuel tank(1) is provided in the inside thereof with a plurality of baffle ribs(3). Ribs having short and long lengths are alternately provided at two side portions of the fuel tank. An energy absorbing space(S) is formed between ribs having long lengths. The baffle rib is formed through blade molding when the fuel tank is subject to injection molding through blow injection molding and the blade molding. The baffle ribs are provided in a width direction of a vehicle. A parison to be molded is prepared in a state in which the parison receives a blow nozzle. The parison is injected between an upper mold and a lower mold.
