A disposable syringe is provided to administer different kinds of medicinal fluids sequentially to one patient using one syringe, and to reduce the risk of infection caused by reusing the syringe. A disposable syringe(1) comprises a first syringe(1a) and a second syringe(1b) that are connected to each other, and a connecting body for helping the syringes to slide. The connecting body is constituted by an upper barrier wall(701), a guide rail(705), and a lower barrier wall(703). Each of the barrier walls is formed into a rectangular solid shape. The upper barrier wall has a first insertion groove into which a first projection of the first syringe is inserted and a second insertion groove into which a first projection of the second syringe is inserted. The lower barrier wall has a third insertion groove into which a second projection of the first syringe is inserted and a fourth insertion groove into which a second projection of the second syringe is inserted.
