A door frame system is provided to simplify a manufacturing process and an assembling process, to offer convenience to physical distribution management, and to fix a plate glass and a frame in a straight line exactly by preventing the distortion of a frame when fastening a socket bolt. A door frame system comprises a door frame(A) having a vertical datum plane formed on the inside of the upper part with an inclined outside, a horizontal datum plane formed on the lower part, a guide groove formed on the lower part of the horizontal datum plane, hollows(7a) formed on the outside of the vertical datum plane and the horizontal datum plane and the lower part of the guide groove, a bridge provided with a screw hole and formed on the hollow, many bolt holes formed on the bridge at regular intervals, lower vertical portions formed on two sides, guide grooves formed on two inner sides of the middle part, and a brush coupling groove formed on the inside of the bottom, a compression bench(B) adhering and fixing a plate glass(G), having a plate glass compression plane formed in the opposite direction of the vertical datum plane, a horizontal plane and a slider formed on the lower part, a support and a pressure generation plane formed on the bottom and the backside, and coupled by coupling the slider to the guide groove of the door frame, a compression rail(C) pushing the pressure bench to be adhered closely to the plate glass, having a compression plane adhered closely to the pressure generation plane of the pressure bench, a pressure friction plane ascending when tightening a socket bolt and adhered closely to an inclined guide plane, contacted with the end of a socket bolt, and inserted and coupled between the pressure bench and the inclined guide plane of the door frame, and a socket bolt pushing up the compression rail and fixing the plate glass, wherein a balance member(H) is coupled to the guide groove of the door frame and coupled with a hinge link(F), a brush assembly having a brush is coupled to the brush coupling groove, and finishing caps(I) are coupled to two ends of the door frame by screws(J) to enable to install to a door frame of an entrance. |
