A system for managing a vehicle with a smart card is provided to enable a user to check a state of the vehicle efficiently without any data input by automatically displaying and storing various kinds of vehicle information managed in an integrated management server to an OBU(On-Board Unit) device of the vehicle. An integrated management server(100) manages an ID of a smart card and manages management information of the vehicle integrally based on the smart card ID. A roadside communicator(200) receives the smart card ID from an OBU device(300), transmits the received smart card ID to the integrated management server, receives the management information of the vehicle from the integrated management server, and transmits the received management information to a wireless terminal of a gas station employee and the OBU device of the vehicle. The OBU device displays the management information received from the roadside communicator to a user and stores the management information. The integrated management server includes a management database, an oil company server(10) managing a filling record of the vehicle, a point provider server(20) managing points accumulated by the filling record of the vehicle, and a garage server(30) managing repair information of the vehicle. |
