A mobile communication terminal and a digital broadcasting reception information displaying method using the same are provided to display effectiveness of stored broadcasting when recording or reproducing information about a storage-fail part among the whole actually-stored digital broadcasting, thereby enabling a user to recognize the effectiveness of the stored broadcasting easily. A digital broadcasting received through a tuner is decoded and displayed through a display unit(S201). A user stores a currently-received digital broadcasting signal(S202). A controller confirms whether an information file is present or not(S203). If not so, an information file for a digital broadcasting stream as a storage object is generated(S204). It is determined whether a broadcasting stream is normally received or not(S205). If not, information about a time when storage is not smoothly performed is recorded in a reception information file(S207). Information about a time when the broadcasting storage is normally restarted according as a broadcasting reception state is improved is recorded in the information file(S206). Update of the information file is performed until a termination signal of the broadcasting storage is inputted(S208).
