A damper for a raw material supply chute is provided to stably change a discharge direction of transported materials by preventing generation of ore adhered around a damper and a central shaft. A damper for a raw material supply chute includes an inlet(211), a pair of outlets(212), a damper(220), and a plurality of reinforcing plates(230). The inlet admits transported materials through a belt conveyor(200). A plurality of outlets are formed on a lower part thereof to discharge the transported materials admitted through the inlet. The damper is rotatably installed at a central shaft(240) to selectively close an upper end of the outlet. The reinforcing plates are slantingly installed on both surfaces of the damper to guide the transported material admitted through the inlet to a lower part of the damper. A plurality of protection plates(250) are installed on surfaces of the reinforcing plates to protect the reinforcing plates and the damper.
