<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating safeguard of top lance using waste ladle nozzle is provided to reduce material cost and waste material treatment cost by mounting a lower nozzle of ladle ending its life cycle on the surface of the top lance so that the nozzle is recycled. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for fabricating safeguard of top lance using waste lance nozzle comprises a plurality of waste nozzles collected from a nozzle part of ladle into the center of which the top lance is inserted; a fabrication frame into which the waste nozzles are inserted; and a hardener supply line connected to the inner side of the fabrication frame to supply hardener into the inner side of the fabrication frame, wherein the apparatus comprises a heating wire(19) arranged on the inner part of the fabrication frame(15) to dry the hardener supplied into the inner part of the fabrication frame, wherein an operating cylinder(13) is installed on the inner surface oppositely directed to a body frame(11), the fabrication frame(15) is moved using the operating cylinder(13), the fabrication frame(15) is formed in a circular pipe shape by facing semi-arc shaped left and right fabrication frames(15a,15b) each other, holders(17) are fixed to upper, central and lower parts of the fabrication frame(15), a hardener supply line(21) is connected to the fabrication frame(15) through a supply pipe(23), a guiding stand(25) is vertically installed at the outer side of the body frame(11), a guide groove(27) is formed on the guiding stand(25), a fixing bracket(29) for fixing the top lance (TL) is installed in the guide groove(27), and a plurality of waste nozzles(35) collected from the ladle are inserted into the nozzle block(33) after inserting a nozzle block(33) into the fabrication frame(15) in the state that the left fabrication frame(15a) is closely adhered to the right fabrication frame(15b) by expanding the operating cylinder(13).</p> |
