The device has a reusable, washable and extendable flexible tissue base for acquiring specific properties such as reheating of joint, reoxygenation in depth of human tissue or drying of wound, by the composition of the fiber of the base. Scratches are adjusted to the morphology of the persons without hindering the movements of the persons. A fiber with amorphous zirconium oxide nanoparticles reflects the infra-red rays forming a highly effective barrier which intervenes in molecular thermal protection. A structure of wire of the base has a cross shaped micro-channels.
