A compact powder composition is provided to improve durability of composition although a small amount of binder is present to inhibit greasy shining of the skin, and enhance softness and lightness of application in spreading on the skin like as aerial powder composition. A compact powder composition having bulk density of 0.7 g/cc or less and cohesive power of 10 wt.% or less measured by the falling test, comprises more than 40 wt.% of at least one filler having an aspect ratio of 40 or more, at least one binder containing acrylate silicon copolymer or fat ester oil and at least one softener having hydrocarbon-based chemical structure containing an aromatic group, wherein the amount of softener and binder is 3-15 wt.% based on the total weight of composition. Further, the fat ester oil has an acid value of 15 or more.
