<p>The device has a set of woven nylon belt (1) with a plastic rapid lock buckle (2), which passes through the belt on an end of an elastic belt tightener (3). The tightener is threaded in a flexible plastic sheath (4) and cancels the displacement generated by movements of swimming while creating a flexible and new opposition at each movement due to elasticity of the tightener. The sheath has an inner diameter of 12 millimeter and a length of 2 meter and the tightener has diameter of 8 millimeter with adjustable length.</p> |
