The method involves catalyzing polymerization of vinyl derivatives preferably vinyl-aryl, vinyl-alkyls, vinyl-ethers, vinyl esters and vinyl-halide in different environmental conditions such as use of air or inert gas, atmospheric pressure and temperatures close to room temperature in organic and inorganic solvents.
